What you'll do?

The Master Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of master data in key systems. This includes identifying and resolving data quality issues, developing, and documenting processes, and collaborating with experts to implement data strategies and controls.

The main activities will focus on:

• Ensuring master data integrity in key systems and maintaining processes to support data quality.
• Identifying and resolving data quality issues through error detection, correction, and process improvement.
• Developing and documenting processes with other data owners to support ongoing data maintenance and integrity.
• Collaborating with experts to define and implement data strategies, policies, and controls.
• Assisting in resolving data quality problems and managing data initiatives to meet requirements.
• Ensuring alignment of master data rules with business and IT operations.
• Designing and maintaining databases to meet business needs.
• Implementing data standards and guidelines to ensure data access and integrity.
• Conducting data cleaning to remove old or duplicate data.
• Translating business requirements into data warehouse designs.
• Providing data consulting to improve client database systems.
• Managing the SharePoint document repository.
• Supporting customer relationships by providing internal support and resolving issues.
• Creating and maintaining customer, vendor, and employee records.

Primary Tasks:

• Ensure data integrity for different entities within the Group.
• Create and maintain accounting items, supplier, customer, and other financial data.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory mandates like SOX.
• Develop and maintain data tools and user access.
• Provide support for master data tools and user access.
